Terms and Conditions for Room Hire with Table Top Warfare:

General Terms:

1.1. These terms and conditions govern the booking and use of the room provided by Table Top Warfare. By booking a room, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1.2. Table Top Warfare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be applicable to all future bookings.

 

Room Usage:

2.1. The room is allocated to you for the duration of the session, as specified at the time of booking. You are responsible for vacating the room promptly at the end of the session.

2.2. The room must be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

2.3. Any equipment or furniture provided in the room must be used responsibly and returned to its original condition at the end of the session.

 

Damages and Liability:

3.1. You are fully liable for any damages caused to the room, equipment, or property belonging to Table Top Warfare during your session.

3.2. Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately to a Table Top Warfare team member.

3.3. Table Top Warfare reserves the right to charge you for any repair or replacement costs incurred due to damages caused by your use of the room.

 

Booking and Payment:

4.1. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the room. The full payment must be made in-store prior to using the room.

4.2. Payment methods accepted will be specified by Table Top Warfare and may include cash, credit/debit cards, or other approved forms of payment.

4.3. Failure to make the full payment before using the room may result in the cancellation of your booking.

 

Cancellation and Refunds:

5.1. Cancellations made without prior agreement will forfeit the deposit.

5.2. If you wish to cancel a booking and have reached an agreement with Table Top Warfare, you must contact your local store to discuss refund options.

5.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to Table Top Warfare's refund policy, which may vary based on the circumstances of the cancellation.

 

Minors:

6.1. Minors (individuals under the legal age of majority) must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the room.

6.2. The accompanying adult is responsible for ensuring the minor's compliance with these terms and conditions.

 

Code of Conduct:

7.1. While using the room, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner.

7.2. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your session without refund.

Privacy and Data Protection:

8.1. Table Top Warfare will collect and process personal information provided by you in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Table Top Warfare's privacy policy.

 

Limitation of Liability:

9.1. Table Top Warfare shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your use of the room, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Table Top Warfare store is located.

10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the same jurisdiction.

Timely Departure and Cleanliness:

11.1. You are required to vacate the room promptly at the end of your booking session. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

11.2. Upon vacating the room, you must ensure that it is left in a respectable and clean state.

11.3. If the room is not left in an acceptable condition, Table Top Warfare reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of $25 or an amount deemed necessary to restore the room to its original state.
