[GAWLER] Star Wars Legion Encounter - Dynamic Exit Scenario

Format: Dynamic Exit Scenario, Swiss paired

Players will need to build a Blue and Red player list based on the rules on the Facebook event - https://bit.ly/3pAmRrt 

Each round will consist of 2 games, one as Blue and one as Red.

Player Cap: 16 players
