Room Hire Policy

1. Intended Use Hire rooms are intended for the purpose of playing games, including roleplaying games, board games, miniature games, and card games. The rooms are designed as a community space for recreational gaming activities. 2. Food & Beverage Policy Outside food and drinks are only permitted with prior approval from store management. Guests are encouraged to purchase food and beverages from the store during their visit. Unapproved external food, takeaway, or catering is not allowed. 3. Booking Changes & Cancellations To cancel or change your booking, please contact the store location where the room was originally booked. 4. Restrictions on Commercial Use Hire rooms must not be used to host paid classes, workshops, conferences, or other commercial events unless explicit written approval has been granted by store management.
